Order and Delivery Terms & Conditions

How to Order:

Ordering couldn't be easier just add the items you wish to buy to your shopping cart and follow the step by step instructions to checkout. If you have any questions please contact us.


Payment is by Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account and can use your credit/debit card to make payment. We use Paypal to process our online payments, simply follow the on screen instructions to complete your order.


If you prefer to pay by card over the phone or BACS transfer contact us and we will send you an invoice. Once payment has cleared into our account we will confirm receipt, make up your order and confirm dispatch.



UK Delivery is £5.95. 

Multiple item orders are sent by courier, single items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class signed service. You will receive an email once your item/s have been shipped. A signature will be required.


For international delivery, please contact us for a shipping quote. Please note it is your responsibility to pay any import duty or taxes.


Please check your order carefully upon receipt. In the event that there has been any damage to the order in transit, the damaged goods must be signed for as damaged/or delivery refused and we must be advised by 12 noon the day after delivery.


Production times

Most of our items are made to order, where items are shown as "In stock" this refers to the materials being available and your item will be made to order. Please allow up to 14 working days from receipt of your order - this increases to 4 weeks for 45cm lampshades and fabric which are printed to order. Roller Blinds take 14-21 days. We do however endeavour to dispatch items sooner and in most cases your order will be with you in 3-5 days. If you are working to a deadline please contact us before ordering to discuss current shipping estimates, we will always do our best to accommodate your deadline. During busy periods orders may take longer to dispatch, in this instance we will advise of any delays to your order. 



If you are not entirely satisfied with the  items ordered we will refund your order but we must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery and items returned undamaged within 7 days. If an item is faulty a full refund will be given. Please do not return faulty or damaged items until you have contacted us and a refund has been approved. Items simply returned with out prior approval will not automatically be refunded.


Any goods must be returned in their original condition, items which are returned damaged or dirty and which can not be re-sold will not receive a refund . All costs relating to postage for returns are the buyer's responsibility.


We can not refund items which have been made/printed to order such as 45cm lampshades, fabric or roller blinds, unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please double check measurements for Roller Blinds before placing an order.
